BOOK A CONSULTATION

Your Hour. Your Compliance Agenda.

We Do the Work — You Come Prepared.

A TCP consultation is a working session, not a sales call. In one focused hour, our team tackles your compliance priority head-on — whether that's an HR issue, a workplace investigation, an NHVR query, or preparing for an audit. You leave with a clear action plan and the paperwork to back it up.

Come Prepared — We'll Handle the Rest.

  • Bring or email through any relevant driver files, incident reports, or correspondence before your session.
  • Note your top 2-3 questions or issues so we can prioritise the hour.
  • If your session relates to an NHVR matter, have your registration details and recent chain of responsibility documentation handy.
  • No preparation? No problem — we'll triage on the call.

Consultation slots are available at two times to suit operators' schedules: Morning sessions run 6:00 - 7:00 am, and afternoon sessions run 5:00 - 6:00 pm. All times are AEST.

Thank you for your booking request. A TCP team member will confirm your appointment within one business day via email or phone.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Common Questions, Answered Plainly.

No jargon, no runaround. Here's exactly what happens when you book a TCP consultation.

What happens after I submit the booking form?

How are consultations conducted — phone, video, or on-site?

Is everything we discuss confidential?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Do I need to be an existing client to book?

Still unsure? Use the notes field in the booking form to describe your situation and we'll advise on the right session type before you commit.
